With 5 years experience in customer service and 4 years experience in UI/UX Design, I approach design with a blend of analytical thinking and artistic sensibility. Whether I’m wire-framing an app, refining user flows, or conducting usability tests, my goal is always the same: to create seamless, human-centered solutions that users love.
